Back from Hiatus

I have been away for a year or two, and I like to think I have matured over that time. Reading back over my comments from when I was a teenager, and looking at my oldest photos I am glad to say I have improved over time. This is only a short entry, and I don't think many people actually read this anyway so it probably doesn't matter much either way, but I will do my best to keep uploading as many photos as my work permits me time to take. My fiancee is currently trying to write 50'000 words for NaNo and has challenged me to hold up the quip that a picture is worth a thousand words, and I am afraid that I am failing miserably so far (mainly du

Today I finally did it. I went out and got some of my photos printed off, and the sad thing is that that is actually a novelty. It might be different for other people, but i have personally found that as convenient as a digital photo is, something gets lost along the way. /17 year old start acting like an old man/ I remember when everything was on film, and the excitement of going through that envelope after waiting all that time. Most of the time we wouldn't even get to the car before I had them open, and today, for the first time in ages I had something similar to that.
